Physical activity is, when there is no specific contraindications, a must for our well being, this is true for heart, pulmonary, digestive, urology, neurology, psychology and bone and joints.


Any of us is confronted to physical activities questions, there are general advices and specifics one that I can provide to you.

Being trained in orthopaedic and sport traumatology I can advise you on many aspects.

The management of post surgical problems and conservative treatment did allow me to increase my competences in rehabilitation.

Surgery most often can not recreate a full normal joint, as the one before the injury this generate my interest in pre-injury prevention questions.
