In 2000 I attended the first course on expert work for accident insurance problem in french in Lausanne.

In Switzerland the law has given the decision process to lawyers and not to doctors in case of litigiation.

The lawyer is not a doctor and so it belong to the doctor to make an understandable statement on the medical condition.

I have work as an expert for the court.

I do expert work  for lawyers.

It would be great if all medical care could be done at an expert level but this is not the case, financial aspect being one of the reasons.
